CHELMSFORD, MA (September 13, 2011) – Arbor Networks, Inc., a leading provider of security and network management solutions for next-generation data centers and carrier networks, today announced a North American distribution agreement with Tech Data Corporation (NasdaqGS: TECD), one of the world’s largest wholesale distributors of technology products and solutions, to sell Arbor’s PravailTM Availability Protection System (Pravail APS) in the U.S. and Canada through its channel of over 60,000 resellers. Arbor’s Pravail APS is an on-premise device that protects the Internet data center (IDC) edge against threats to availability, including application-layer, distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks.
